Shipping and Return Policy
All orders are shipped Free of charge within the United States 2-5 business days.
Shipping is available to Canada. All Canadian customers are responsibly for their own Customs tax. Anything lost inside of Canada shipping is the customers responsibility to track down.
All items are shipped same business day when order before 3:00 PM Mountain time.
All items ship with insurance.
Should you need to return a product, please contact email@example.com to arrange the return based on the following parameters:
- Proof of purchase MUST be included.
- Defective or damaged claims must be within 3 days delivery.
- Returns accepted for 30 days after your purchase date. All returns are to be authorized prior to your returning items. Return Authorization number is required, Contact Muskoka to acquire this RMA number.
- All return shipping is the customers responsibility. "Get the insurance"
- All returned products must be in unused condition. If deemed used refund will be denied and product to be returned at customers expense.
- Amount refunded will be less the original shipping cost to ship the product unless verified its a manufacturing defect.
- Return funds will not be remitted until product is received and inspected by our receiving and testing department. Restock fees may apply should the item appear, damaged, missing parts/ hardware or require all new packaging.
- Please allow up to 7 business days for refund to process.
- All approved returns with RMA's are to be shipped to; Muskoka Lifestyle Products, Attn Testing, 1717 S 450 W Logan Utah 84321. All returns MUST be approved prior to retuning.
