"I bought one heater and liked it so much I bought a second one. I've had both heaters just over a year and use one nearly every night on my deck. I had one heat element go out but Matt was very helpful in getting me a new element with really easy instructions to replace it myself. Customer service is the best I could ask for and the product is worth every dime! My deck is much cozier in the cool of the evening! I'm in Western Washington and the heaters enable me to enjoy my deck most of the year!"
